Adult Day Services

Caring for a loved one can be time consuming. It is particularly difficult when a caregiver works or has other responsibilities. Adult Day Services can provide a safe and socially stimulating environment for your loved one.

Respite Care

Respite Care provides a break for caregivers who are caring for loved one in a home. It comes in many forms. It can a care giver coming to the home for a few hours of days. It can also be short term in facility care.

There is a Connecticut statewide program for respite care. It is run by the Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter, Area Agencies on Aging, and Connecticut Aging and Disability Services.
